Refund policy

At Kings of Kits, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Sizing: Please check our size chart carefully before ordering. Selecting the correct size is the customer’s responsibility. Orders with incorrect size selections are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Customized Jerseys: All customized jerseys (including names, numbers, and patches) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Defects or Incorrect Items: Every product is carefully quality-checked before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing kingsofkits.contact@gmail.com with photo proof. Minor variations in color or design due to production or screen display differences do not qualify as defects.

Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.
